NYPD released new stills of the alleged shooter apparently in a taxi with some unbelievable brow work cutting some lethal angles.

I don't think it's the same guy as the smiling pic they released. I truly think they're just grabbing any surveillance footage of hoody wearing white guys with face masks and saying, "That's the guy."
