We have to take it back.

See when you say this, you are referring to a previous time. That's what that means, but there is nothing there. Only your idealism trying to ignore the reality of our history. Why do you want to go "back" to a fantasy? What America needs is a revolution that goes well beyond the New Deal. That was just a way to appease the working class to keep the same power structures in place, and it bought the ruling class time to regroup. That is why we are here now, because of how power functions in the imperial core of global capitalism. That is the problem at the root. That is why politicians are bought and paid for every election. The mythology of 'American values' is something you can not let go of for your own growth. It is very sad to see. You must kill the brainworms you have to understand the world and America as it is, not how you believe it to be.

So you want to Make America _____ Again?

I'm not aware of a historical period in the USA that was actually progressive (even like 51% so) when you take into account domestic and foreign policies and realities.

Gaming at its best is a kind of dialectical systemic analysis.

Searched for "secretary dog" and found the term secreterrier in the results.

The event was hosted by explicitly Zionist organization: American Jewish Committee

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Jewish_Committee

Before the Six-Day War in 1967, the AJC was officially "non-Zionist". It had long been ambivalent about Zionism as possibly opening up Jews to the charge of dual loyalty, but it supported the creation of Israel in 1947–48, after the United States backed the partition of Palestine. It was the first American Jewish organization to open a permanent office in Israel.

In the 1970s, the AJC spearheaded the fight to pass anti-boycott legislation to counter the Arab League boycott of Israel.

A 2007 essay, "Progressive Jewish Thought and the New Anti-Semitism" by professor Alvin H. Rosenfeld, published on the AJC website, criticized Jewish critics of Israel by name, particularly the editors and contributors to Wrestling With Zion: Progressive Jewish-American Responses to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict (Grove Press), a 2003 collection of essays edited by Tony Kushner and Alisa Solomon. The essay accused these writers of participating in an "onslaught against Zionism and the Jewish State," which he considered a veiled form of supporting a rise in antisemitism.

Some of the considerations are for fear of serious harm to the benefit of minors or future children in the family, due to the possibility of being labeled as bstrds that will cause damage to their fitness to marry in Israel according to Jewish law. There may be harmful consequences in the religious law of other religions as well. In addition, there is a need for a process that ensures informed consent to the test on the part of all subjects, and admissibility of the results in a relevant legal proceeding (alimony, inheritance, etc.). Therefore, It is prohibited to market in Israel kits intended for genetic self-examination - in any medical matter, as well as for testing family ties.

This means that any services to inspect familial ties based on DNA are unlicensed in Israel and may be deemed illegal and carry penalties.

When the law was enacted in 2000, there were no tests to find ancestry similar to what we have today. The law was made to address familial ties.

One parallel that I haven't noticed anyone talking about is the history of textiles. In Andor the Ghorman are described as making the best textiles in the galaxy. Palestine has also shared a historical relevance related to fine textile work. The term gauze is likely of etymological origin with Gaza (this is debated but seems fairly solid). The link below is about historical practices of embroidery and bead work in Palestinian clothing.

Seems like an interesting correlation.
