this is probably Amish or Mennonite. Quakers aren't generally in the "plain community". they dress like us and live among us. they could be anyone! beware!

I've never known Amish groups, outside of maybe the Floridian one, to participate in English politics and this would be considered English to them. Local Mennonites host our Food Not Bombs distribution days at their church, seemingly without any friction between the organisers and parish, so they definitely have an integrated and progressive sect.
One moment they look just like anyone else, the next they're taking off all their clothes and running into your church banging pots and pans.
