I think he is constantly trying to push on the edge of what liberal society will allow in America. Maybe I sound like one of those "Bernie is hiding his power level" suckers idk

Part of the argument is depending on the game doing people just stream the time they are farming clips for tiktok like you do. And twitch viewers represent a much larger amount of $ per viewer. $ per viewer is such a slimy way of framing it. Also it can be fun idk I streamed for a bit to like 5-20 people for a couple months. I was chilling between semesters but it was chill idk.

I'm a pretty regular view I think he tones his message. He has becoming more and more willing to call out lies about China. It also helps that deprogram guys are a larger part of left leaning Internet culture.

Oh no i'm talking about Internet personalities I have brain worms

Ok yea in retrospect sorry if I came of as condescending. I feel like reading endless posts about "brigading" is making me view people as tech illiterate by default. I'll do better sadness

This might come off as rude or mean but I don't really understand the water that is always carried for ada on this site. She failed to act in the face of all the legitimate issues that were clear as day on their instance.

Unless I misread the situation. As admins they should have immediately banned the 196 moderator after they released internal messages with hexbear admins. It's unacceptable conduct for someone who is moderating. Their admin teams lack of appropriate response clearly signaled to me they care more about maintaining their fief than any sort of good faith action.

I really do think the problem is the sorting on posts. It really seems to funnel people into struggle sessions. Before we merge back with Lemmy proper hexbear had its own sorting that was implemented after we had problems with large site spanning arguments. I don't follow what the Lemmy devs are up to but I do hope they think of changing some of the weighting in the post sorting.
