If you're going to do the revolution or anything remotely illegal don't discuss it on or even near a computer, phone, or any device that can send or received telecommunication signals.
They're meant to be shot from some distance at the limbs of people who are going to be taken into custody and provided proper medical care after. They're basically meant to break arms or legs. Firing them at close range or at heads or center mass is a gross misuse of them and that is how they kill people.
It varies a little bit between munitions but usually police are only supposed to aim at limbs with them from more than a few meters away. They're intended to be shot at people's extremeties to force them to drop a weapon so that they can be subdued (and provided with neccessary medical care shortly after) without hurting themselves or someone else. For instance if someone is threatening officers with a knife, police could shoot them in the arm, likely breaking the bone, and forcing the person to drop the knife.
Getting hit in the head or center mass with them often leads to life threatening injuries because they break bones (like the skull or ribs), cause internal bleeding, and bruise or rupture organs. If they're being used for crowd control they should only be getting shot at legs or feet from a substantial distance and even that is extreme.
I definitely agree that Americans are complicit in their own fascism but that's true whether or not they have access to education.
I think more importantly than that Americans have access to some of the best amenities in the world. You can go to the hospital. You or your kids can go to school. You can own a car. You can drive on half decent roads. You'll probably work less than sixty hours a week. Sure Europe has all these things and better, and the situation in the US is worsening, but at the end of the day Americans can still go to the hospital and buy a Funko after and that means we're in the top 50%. Most people think things are more or less fine because as long as you ignore the crumbling foundation things are fine
Because the worst crime a politician can do in the US is to look bad on television. It's the only thing anyone actually cares about.
Wdym the "real history" takes place after 1893? Half a million workers, nearly ten percent of the US population at the time, went on strike in 1886 demanding the eight hour workday. Some estimates say the Knights of Labor alone counted 20% of blue collar workers as their members. The late nineteenth century labor movement is only rivaled by the peak of the twentieth century labor movement. There's a substantial history of industrial struggle and worker organizing dating back centuries in the US. It's not as well documented or state sanctioned as twentieth century union activity, but it most certainly happened.
If you wanted to write an interesting paper, exploring why people think labor history started in the twentieth century and the effects of that would be interesting but maybe too broad. There are plenty of individual events, people, struggles, and perspectives in pre-1893 labor history you could focus on though.
Israel and Iran have traded blows once or twice a year for the past few years now. It is worrying how it seems to be escalating year over year but imo it won't evolve into a full scale conflict this time. Iran is desperately toeing a fine line between looking weak demanding diplomacy and responding with a commensurate military action but they genuinely do not want an all out war with Israel.
For the Israelis these regular attacks are partly to destabilize Iran but primarily to shore up support at home.
It would not surprise me if the Trump regime actually played a role in making this happen to distract from what's going on here in the states but maybe I'm giving them too much credit.
You might be able to staple it. Super glue might also work.
I'm running about $600 a month for two adult vegans and two cats (including non-food essentials).
When I was single in the early 2020s I could get it under $200 a month but I'm willing to treat myself a little more now.
Israel has a right to defend itself (kidnap civilians in international waters and torture them)
Maybe a little more intense than simple sabotage but: TM 31-210-Improvised Munitions and Ecodefense, a Field Guide to Monkeywrenching. FM 19-15-Civil Disturbances might be useful too.
