Looks like it's part of the revenge campaign against MTG's revolt and crusade to release the Epstein files. Milo worked closely with her, and according to this (poorly sourced) article, Laura Loomer recently reported him for being in the country illegally:

It's meant to strike fear into the fracturing GOP influencer base. Candance Owens is next on the list. Anyone else who worked for MTG is likely to become a target as well.
