The skin is the best part, its where all the flavor lives.
Not to mention the nutritional benefits. Skins add much needed roughage and essential inks!
How could I forget about the essential inks
Pretend nutrionist here, over 20 years experience. Essential inks provide the resources for repairing the power house of the cells.

If I get spicy ramen, I definitely keep it skin on. It passes right through me but I get all the nutrition.
