Because hormonal birth control mimics pregnancy, it turns off women's preference for good quality mates that will produce good offspring and provide for the family, and instead settle down with a nearby man, since the act is already done.

I'll be honest, I see other women freak out about this more than men. Like a woman will see another woman dating a guy "below her league" or whatever and assume something is awry and start asking the couple intrusive questions to figure out what is up.
Dudes just seem to assume the guy has money and leave it at that.
Incels leaning that straight/bi/etc women a) have fairly broad tastes as a group and b) prefer someone who loves and appreciates them for who they are rather than a whore or a madonna is always A Time that I am here for. Ditto them learning that mostly, women dress up for themselves.

What do you mean "something bad is happening". Why is this bad for them?
Their entire worldview is built around women being shallower and more vile than they are. If it turns out that women are capable of more introspection than them, that could mean that being an incel makes you an absolute piece of shit human being!

This guy is learning that being tall and ripped aren't magic recipes to get women.
The whole six foot and ripped thing is overrated anyway. Most women aren't absolutists who will reject you just because you're under six feet. They prefer it, but they can make exceptions. Same with being ripped. They prefer that too, but again, exceptions can be made. Those factors are only really important if you want to get laid easily and nothing more.
