nonexistent US bases in afghanistan, the bases in KSA, Kuwait, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, and Pakistan are not evacuated, even the ones in Iraqi kurdistan are still supposed to be occupied there's a threshold for exaggerating the point for propaganda/persuasive purposes and this is all the way up a heap the other side. a texan could find factual errors in this.
