Poor Nimoy. He could never escape that character. Except, maybe, as William Bell.

the announced the shit out of the tech tree in Civ IV, probably the actual role I know him best in
The one with Leonard Nemoy was one of the best in the series.
Columbo does not loose his cool very often. The scene where he slams on Nemoy's desk is genuinely unsettling.
I audibly gasped when he didn’t refer to Khan as “Mr Singh”
Seeing Columbo lose his cool part of why that episode is so good. An actual challenge for a great detective.
I haven't watched Columbo in decades but I still remember this one episode where he allowed a man to take the fall, if only temporarily, for his wife. She was dying and riddled with dementia and didn't even know or remember that she had killed someone. So the husband took the fall so that she wouldn't die with the knowledge that she had done such a thing. I had missed the beginning of the episode so this was a very upsetting twist for me.
Season 5 episode 1, “Forgotten Lady” with Janet Leigh. One of my favorites.
I love that I can't figure out if he's a fucking genius or just REALLY lucky that he runs into all kinds of coincidences that lead him to solve the case.
One time he got a stain on his shirt from going to the dentist, which he noticed in some part of the evidence to get the perp with.

yt comments :
I like how the suspect's subtitles say "Final Fantasy 7" like he's clueless while Columbo's subtitles properly say "Final Fantasy VII".

How do I not remember the Shatner episode? The Nimoy one, absolutely, though.
There are 2 Shatner episodes. One where he is an actor being blackmailed and one where he is a rightwing radio host.
Well, fuck. Guess we're rewatching those episodes in the near future.
"Heya, just one more question for ya. What ever happened to Ceti Alpha V?"
"THIS IS CETI ALPHA V!!!!!!"
He beat Kirk twice!
I’m a fan of the Johnny Cash one. Boss Hogg on keyboards tickles me everytime.
It's such a great episode
And was married to Janeway
