If anyone is taking Q-Tips without a grain of salt, I strongly suggest they take a trip to Ten Forward. At least there, Guinan knows how to fend off Q.

Is it bad that we expected the same?

• Taking action without permission, sort of yes.

Q-Tips aren't exactly rules so much as terrible guidelines.
