Nope lol it's some goober Navy guy (probably not even a marine) who doesn't even know how to properly hold an LMG and put on an old surplus 3 color plate carrier that looks like it was never used even on patrol for the most embarrassing photo shoot in possibly the entire history of the US military (which is saying a lot).
jackmaoist has talked about being Indian before, so i don't think you need to worry about that.
