What is your life's purpose?
I used to ask friends about it because I was in a bad spot. I got "to have fun" "nothing" and "I'm depressed, so I'm looking for one". There's no right or wrong, but it can be incredibly helpful to motivate you day-to-day actions if you feel stuck not knowing what to do.
Mine is "to be helpful to other people". I wanna leave the world knowing I armed the right people with tools to make major positive change. So a lot of my time I dedicate to technical tasks that my friends need help with, and it gives me meaning.
Some can be selfish, some less impactful and some nonsensical. But I think especially people who can't get out of bed are the ones potentially having the biggest positive influence on the world, and so these people need a reason. And then if you do a small thing every day, you'll feel like you're on track, and that feeling is important.
Sry for the rambling but I have thought about this topic a lot ^^'
I really like that. As a variation I've heard "What shall your gravestone read?" and then work backwards from that to make it happen. Currently I am struggling a bit with an answer for myself but I am working on turning something up. I appreciate your answer :)

Right now it’s chores/housework and occasional travel. And dreaming of early retirement.
"If you could retire from work right now while retaining the same income for the rest of your life, what would you spend your time doing?"
Personally I could see myself doing several things:
I would start buying used camera gear, verify it to be working and set up a camera library, where members could learn how to use cameras and borrow them for their own projects, it would require a membership fee, but nowhere near the cost of actually buying a proper camera and lens. After a while I could see the library expanding and setting up a studio for simple but professional video productions, and so on.
Another option would be to start traveling Europe and take photos of cool stuff, maybe write an online journal or so, exploring modern history and other cool stuff.
A third option would be to start building suitcase model railways.
Anyone saying that they would just stay at home watching TV or gaming are idiots, you need a goal to work towards, else you can just check into a care home facility and ignore the rest of the world.
What do you want your life to look like in 10 years and what are you doing to get there?
Short version of my answer: Same as today but with a house. Saving money and renovating current apartment.

The things that bring joy can be fleeting or lasting, healthy or unhealthy. Joy might be family or it might be peace. Wealth in money or rich in love.
If you don't know what happiness looks like, you:ll have a hell of a time exercising your god-given right to pursue it.
