There are a lot of fringe cases I've seen years ago on the internet of mostly elderly people dying to a monstrous dildo with or without a pushing motor causing internal bleeding or heart attack. It generally depends on what kind of intelligence a thrusting cock should have to start to count. We should be aware though that the bar with horny people aren't that high to compare AI against it.

Interesting but not a robot.
Not only that, but the operative word is "killed". Wongbandue had dementia and went to the train station, and it's profoundly disgusting that Facebook has a product that would deceive a senile old man into going to New York to meet someone who doesn't exist, but he died after falling while jogging. Clearly not at all what's being implied by the OP and really stretching the proximate cause for being "killed".
I'm frustrated by how meta deals with it's bots. They put them next to real people on messenger with the same profile picture and green dot format (it would be trivial to make the dot blue so we can differentiate between people and bots) but they also randomly add them without your consent. I find myself wondering who this person is, not remembering them being on my friends list, only to find out it's a bot.
Obviously, anyone that's even mildly deficient is going to think it's a real person.
Yeah, a much better and earlier example is the 14 year old who was told to kill himself by his AI girlfriend
A legit sexbot murder involves a robot squeezing the life out of its victim with its cold, robot hands. I will accept nothing less.

The word "robot" can be defined in many different ways, and that affects whether this has already happened, or how soon it may happen in the future.
If robot means remote controlled machine, think Battle Bots, or if it means something with a robotic arm, then it's probably already happened.
If robot means human shaped machine, then I'd guess if it hasn't happened yet, if only because of the expense.
If robot means sensors, processing, and actuators, like I learned in school, then I'm guessing it hasn't happened yet, simply because it's more work than a machine that follows a routine, but I could easily be wrong.
If robot means fully functional human sized android type robot with integrated processing then who knows? If it also requires AI, then I'm guessing it's a ways off.
The key word you've left out is 'sex'

Also, need to define what constitutes 'killed by.' Depending on that definition, were quite a aways of- if were requiring agency, and a sex robot making a decision resulting in someones death.
In the middle range, someones death being the direct result of an electric sex toy, had probably already happened: its fairly likely some elderly or otherwise infirm person has had a lethal stroke /heart attack/ whatever induced by mechanically assisted sexual device.
If your definition is loose enough, autoerotic aspyxiation while using an electric toy could count. If so, were probably into quad digits by now.
Probably not the worst way to go, though.

All kidding aside, I suspect that the first death related to a sex-bot will be because some doofus tried to jailbreak it and get it to do something it isn't programmed to do.
The type of person who would fuck a sex robot is older, so if sex robots are 15 years away, it'll be millennials or older. They've been around a long time already.
