They could have amended the laws that allow Trump to get away with what he is doing, but they didn't want to "look weak" even though the Republican is going to campaign on that reguardless. ...plus they're bribed to the hilt by the industries profiting off this. If you're registered to vote then your phone number along with party affiliation is public information.
And here I was in primary school civics class learning that secrecy of vote was one of the fundamental conditions for democracy to exist 
party affiliation doesn't mean you vote for them. Fraud aside, more registered democrats voted for Bush in florida than Nader according to exit polls or whatever.
I was on a bunch of them, responded to every one telling them they're zionist pieces of shit and got removed from them all lol. Even had one guy try to clap back with a response and I just went off calling him a coward POS. Didn't even know people were reading my messages lol
