I just saw a video on this and they speculated that Veronika used the brush part for thicker parts of her skin, and the handle part for places that were more sensitive.

So does this mean that every cow is constantly itchy, and they just have to deal with it? Or is just this cow super itchy, and the poor gal had to learn to use tools to get relief :(?
