It's so interesting how Fox News is this right-wing talking piece. But Fox entertainment is so different. Simpsons, Family Guy and Bob's Burgers don't give a fuck.
I guess if you have an outspoken leftist like Sam Seder in your cast, you must maintain balance with a PoS like this guy.
Went down his filmography (and it's a pretty long one) and didn't find a single role I remember other than his supporting role on Bob's Burgers.
But I'm sure some of you TV and film guys will remember his other characters such as Cop, Young Cop, FBI Agent, Agent, FBI Agent, (wow FBI Agent must have been a real hit if they brought that character back multiple times in completely different TV shows) Mustachioed Cop and Police Officer #2, Various, and Various Roles. I'm guessing Various Roles is some sort villain character he played?
I wonder if any of the real FBI agents who arrested him were like "You know Mr. Johnston, your portrayal of FBI agent is what inspired me to join the FBI?"
There was no Capitol riot, only an insurrection and coup attempt.

I had loved Jay Johnston ever since the Mr. Show days.
Fucking traitor. I flip off the screen anytime he's on now.
It blows my mind that comedians, who are pretty much modern day jesters, are supposed to rip into nobility and the wealthy.
And whenever I see them defending a billionaire, regardless of Trump, Musk, or whatever boogieman liberal billionaire... I just know they're shitty at their job.
Same, this just soured my favorite Mr Show skit :(

That is some attention to detail. The villains in that show are so authentic the actors who depict them are villains IRL.

Also one of the actors in the legendary show Mr. Show.
Not just actors but one of their best writers.
He is proof that even right wing dipshits can be funny.
Or alternatively, that clever, funny, smart people are not always immune to propaganda and radicalization
