It's one of those internal bleeds where you're in and out of the hospital quickly and is only known about to people trying to hype your injuries days later.

So... not a primary source, not an unbiased source, not a named source, from an administration that's shown to be a demonstrably unreliable source, and laughably contrary to the objective evidence that the vast majority of people have seen directly. "Two fucking guys - don't worry who, exactly - in the government with an agenda to justify their actions and policies just lied through their teeth to obfuscate the obvious truth in order to protect a murderer from consequences and keep their base from feeling bad for the victims of their deployment of unqualified violent racist kidnappers into areas full of perceived political enemies." Fucking "BREAKING" news, indeed.
I assume his bleeding from not being hit by a car was less severe than the bleeding of the innocent woman he shot to death unprovoked.
Fun fact, a bruise is an internal bleed. George Orwell would be very proud of the spin.
I think it's more accurate to say he hit the car. He basically throws his upper body onto the hood before impact. Or at least that's how it appears, it's very grainy.
He lunges towards it but the only ever gets his hands on it. This is how he “justifies” shooting - he “made contact” with the vehicle
To be honest I can't really even tell from the footage, it's too grainy. The only reason I feel somewhat confident he puts his body on the car is the footage shows his upper body leaning towards the vehicle at such an angle I can't see how we would remain upright without support. But yeah it's totally possible it's just his hands/arms bracing him. But this explains how his feet can be clear in the closer video where he's obscured by the other criminal but his body so can be close in the other angles.
They say his whole body was filled with blood, especially the arteries.

so, a bruise.
To be fair, there was also external bleeding as well. It was all over her face, and the car seat.
