just to clarify for people who haven't seen babylon 5.
This is from the Sic Transit Vir, the episode where Vir's Betrothed- Lidisty Drusella- shows up to get married. Because he's an ambassador to minbar (IIRC), he's becoming more prominent back home and she wants to get it on.
This at the height of the Centauri Occupation of Narn, after they had used orbital bombardment on the planet to force a surrender. She's basically the daughter of one of the most brutal concentration/death camps where Vir has been secretly using his position as Minbari ambassador to get narn off their homeworld and to someplace safe- an underground railroad. (Under the alias 'Abrahamo Lincolni', an alias which survived Vir's "disgrace" and continues to be used by the narn resistance to move people off world.)
