Iran was cutting Internet access, they said they caught Mossad agents fomenting unrest and using AI generated videos in an attempt to make it look like there was a popular uprising, all at the same time Trump was saying he would step in to help the protestors if Iran starts shooting.

This is not true and there is zero evidence of this.
The only movement that have taken place so far to the Middle East is an F-15E Strike Eagle rotation.
With movements east, the US has forward deployed elements of 160th SOAR (1 MH-47G and 5 MH-60M, the same helicopter unit that captured Maduro from Venezuela) to the United Kingdom. They have not moved further east.
There is however, pre positioning for a future movement east that could take place. But nothing massive, just a few mid air refueling tankers.
Source, I'm the person on the news megathread that usually tracks all this. I haven't seen anything other than what I've mentioned above.
These movements in the past few days really need better citations than "my unconfirmed sources said so"
Not saying it isn't happening, but this could just as easily be hysteria until we have evidence
