It does seem like some photos are just Epstein at a party for rich and/or famous people, walking up and asking for a picture.

On the other hand, culturally and socially, rich and powerful men abusing women has been normalized for so long that it wouldn't be surprising if every person in an epstein photo did something horrible at one point or another. Many musicians have been open about picking up teenage groupies and taking them on the road, they even probably viewed it as consensual and normal at the time because of how terrible rich and powerful people culture is.

These types of people can be more or less good in their day to day but being raised as men in the 30s-70s and then becoming rich and powerful means they probably have done some harassment or worse and thought it was normal and fine, even if it wasn't at the scale, frequency, or intensity as the freaks at the top of the human trafficking pyramid. I cant assume anyone who was running in rich and powerful circles is unblemished

I don't think I've ever heard a sexpest story about Jackie Chan like ever and unlike all the rest of these assholes he really does not come across as the kind of guy you'd say "oh yeah that makes sense actually" when allegations come out.

Jackie also barely spoke any actual English at this time, his English was awful, his assistant would hold up phonetic cards for him on sets to read, he could not understand English spoken to him at normal speed without support, could only understand broken up bits of English, and he couldn't really hold any kind of conversation by himself.

If anyone has a "I had no fucking idea what was happening" card it's the dude that couldn't understand what people around him were saying.
