Just accept the expired cert under the advanced button.
ETA: don't bypass cert checks on sites you log into and communicate on but for reading theory you should be fine.
Also the site is working fine for me with no cert errors so you might need to sync the time on your device.
HSTS says “no”. It does serve a cert valid through March 20th for me though.
