pfft fake. if I got stood up and ghosted, i wouldn't stay at the nice first date restaurant, i would go get two armloads of shame food from the takeout place that gives me gastro distress and completely lose my self-respect on my own couch. like a champion.
Slop.

idk man, 300 guys getting stood up all at once is bound to cause some brotherly camaraderie, rather than the usual pit of despair
i think of it less like a pit of despair and more like a temporary detour / an alternative plan for the evening.
but anyway, if some kind of camaraderie developed between a significant fraction of 300 people all realizing they got stood up and ghosted during a coordinated deception by the owner-proprietor of the place where they are currently located, i suspect the camaraderie would not be to the immediate material benefit or safety of the owner-proprietor.

You take people to nice restaurants on first dates?
Based on their name this seems like a very funny bit, no?
well obviously
Un-Hinged
They spent $300 each on dinner after being stood up in the restaurant they were invited to?

Edit: I ate the onion
Nothing but respect to this hustler.
I dunno. As someone who struggles with intimacy this would genuinely wound me when the only thing I did wrong was wanting to eat a nice meal with a new person who I thought was pretty and cool. Don't get me wrong, it's obviously a joke, but irl it would be a legitimately cruel thing to do.
Do not spend lots of money on a first date.
I'm 43 years old. I do in fact know this and didn't say anything about prices.
A finance guy's ex wife
I feel like this might just be a troll.
definitely is but still funny
wouldn't all the other guys at the restaurant see the woman they are supposed to be with meeting other guys and disappearing, only to meet another guy and disappear, etc?
I hope her post is a joke, because there's a great business idea hidden in there that she hasn't noticed. She could have marketed it as a cuckoldry/findom experience. Guys will pay her good money to see her leave them for someone else and then order food (with 100% tip of course) knowing that all the profits will be going to the woman who just humiliated them.
I just heard about a similar scam where the date orders expensive alcohol and then ditches. The restaurant has hired the date to bring a guy and has given them nothing expensive to drink. The restaurant charges full price and the guy's stuck with the bill
Queen tbh
Was Ken Cheng her ex husband or something?
