Piefed:

And on lemmy.ml:

Do with this information what you want. Not that I think we are federated with many piefed instances.

Retvrn to tradition (first week of federation). im-vegan was better when it took up the entire page

you can still do it if you remove "emoji" from the end part of the link!

im-vegan

It doesn't show on hexbear (unless you keep the space in between emoji and the name) but check it on lemmygrad (the multi-coloured hexagon button) and it will show.

OK, more than a little sophomoric, but people's reaction to giant pigpoop was one of my favorite parts of federation

In favor of not fixing this because Piefed was started to own the tankie Lemmy devs.

[–] iByteABit@hexbear.net 14 points 1 month ago

Open source supporters, as long as the devs are turbolibs though

Piefed blocks Hexbear by default because your posting power is too strong

Good, let our emojis tower over the other instances as they cower in fear

[–] miz@hexbear.net 9 points 1 month ago

if our emojis blot out the sun, that's good for climate change

Also a reminder you can make emojies big on other lemmy instances by removing "emoji" from the title text.

Sucks for them

[–] Robert_Kennedy_Jr@hexbear.net 13 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

panting looks like the sun cresting the horizon on some of the other instances.

This also happens if you're using certain clients like Boost for Lemmy to access Hexbear so it's not just other instances per se

[–] Moidialectica@hexbear.net 4 points 1 month ago

this could be fixed with a Hexbear specific client fork

[–] TrustedFeline@hexbear.net 3 points 1 month ago
[–] SexUnderSocialism@hexbear.net 3 points 1 month ago

I hope it never gets fixed.
