He's Franco Diaferia. He started producing italo disco then founded the italo house/italodance/eurobeat label Sintetico.

Yes, I noticed that, but there only seems to be about 3 different pictures of him.
Edit: Actually, one of the other pictures appears to be an actor, so that might be someone else with the same name.
They have the same mole under the left eye, so I think he just started acting after leaving the music industry. Could be wrong though
I have no idea. I don't know where the picture I posted came from, so it might not even be him. It's supposed to be from 2023, I found a 12 year old video of the actor, who appears to be naturally bald, so either they're different people, the one I posted is fake, or he got hair transplants.
