He got fucking scared and ran and tried to go face first through a chain link fence and he can't get his head out and ahhhh Im having a panic attack for him while my gf tries to call animal services

We don't have any boltcutters and even if we did idk if we could get him out without the fence cutting him up

he was at least as fat as my fat cat but when I tried to move him to help him get unstuck he seemed 10x more massive in terms of resistance to movement
