He got fucking scared and ran and tried to go face first through a chain link fence and he can't get his head out and ahhhh Im having a panic attack for him while my gf tries to call animal services

We don't have any boltcutters and even if we did idk if we could get him out without the fence cutting him up

yeah I was really freaking out especially since I was the one who scared him so bad he got stuck
