China spent the past five years building a massive semiconductor industry almost from scratch. The US spent it building a bunch of data centers that will all be shuttered once the AI bubble bursts.
Who would want Chinese semiconductors if they don't have anything to conduct without American electrons?
Upside - when the AI bubble bursts, GPUs will drop to like a tenth of their current price
