I've seen one (1) We Are All Charlie flag on a house in my neighborhood, but it just doesn't seem like a salient or lasting grievance. Mainstream MAGAs only made knew him from seeing him on Fox News once in a while, as far as I can tell. The Kirkening can't be a sustainable outrage if a propagandist getting killed in public is given the same level of intensity as Cracker Barrel changing their logo, or a trans woman being on a Bud Light can, or the M&M's not being fuckable.
There’s a mom at my kid’s school who wears a Charlie Kirk shirt every other day. She wears Trump shirts otherwise so pretty sure it’s just a signaling thing for her. Otherwise I have seen or heard absolutely nothing IRL about him

They banned it off of Hulu but not paramount plus or something, just incoherent
they stopped airing reruns of the episode on comedy central. calling it a ban is kind of a stretch but a cowardly move nonetheless. Kirk himself said he liked the episode
