They're being bullied so hard they have to perform expensive and unsafe surgeries to conform to something they weren't born as like leg extensions. Many of them have bottles and bottles of supplements (protein) they have to consume daily to not return to their natural form.
97% of gender affirming surgeries for minors are for cis boys to affirm their manliness. They're irreversibly cutting off natural, god given parts of our childrens' bodies!!!
This radical agenda needs to be stopped. We need to look into this immediately!

I think there's no better example of the harms caused by cis activists than how teenage cis girls put themselves through all sorts of torture just to perform a pastiche of femininity. They do absurd things like tweezing every body hair they can find (including in extremely painful areas that are liable to lead to ingrown hairs if not done properly), or saving up to get semi-permanent makeup. If anyone is in any doubt that cisgenderism is literally a cult, they clearly haven't seen how teenage "cis girls" behave at a sleepover.
(Jokes aside, possibly useful context is that I'm a cis woman, so I have firsthand experience of the above insanity. The pressure was so heavy that I feel like it was often actively unhelpful in understanding my own gender as a teenager and young woman. Also relevant is that a huge part of me actually processing that stuff healthily was having trans and non-binary friends, as well as generally being in community with other queer people)
I have even been told I need to remove hair to meet expectations of society. Then get asked why I don't want to remove it as if that shouldn't be the obvious default choice‽

No, you're right, it's definitely meant satirically.
It's true, though. Dumb people are biased to treat doing nothing preferentially. That's why there are some people who won't pull the lever in the trolley problem, it's why the bystander effect exists.
Dumb people treat letting puberty happen to innocent children preferentially to giving trans kids HRT, even though they're the exact same thing. Puberty blockers should be available to all kids. When you go to your yearly checkup at age 10, your doctor should ask if you're ready for puberty, and if so, which one. Parent and kid both need to fill out a consent form if yes. If no, then the kid gets a blood test each year and free government funded puberty blockers when the levels start to increase.
Being cis isn't "doing nothing". If you think this is "true", that means you think being trans is also a choice, which I'm guessing you don't. You certainly shouldn't.
About 9.3% of the US populate said they were lgbtq in 2022. May have been higher, depends on how the poll was structured. It had been under 5% for decades before this, which makes me think that the number is definitely higher and people are still wary about telling strangers this information.
Weird shit can set people off sometimes. I was probably born left handed, but my grandmothers wanted no part of that and forced me to use my right hand. About 13% of the US population is left handed, but, how meaningful is the number really?
Congrats on understanding the clear intent of the media! I both want to be astounded that you would think you’re the only one and also am sad that so many people probably don’t get it, either, because media literacy is dying painfully.

I'm over 50 years old and 40 years ago lesbians and gays were considered weird by most. One of my best friend's older brother was gay when I was a teen. I remember casually mentioning it to my parents. My father got very serious and told me to be careful around him. I quickly shot back there was nothing to worry about. He had three crazy, straight brothers that loved him. Our friend group knew him and he had never been a problem.
Back then you were either cis or an outcast by many.
I considered myself straight until about 15 years ago. Then I started looking at transfem porn. I now know I'm non-binary.
