Yes, but I don't know the context, octopus are normally not agressive to divers, like squids are. Bigger squids are agressive and dangerous sons of a removed, but octopus not. Probably on the photo is only because curiousity.

The picture is real, but the diver and octopus are fake. It's from Undersea Gardens in Oregon. Here's a zoomed out picture from TripAdvisor.
