In 2025, "Over half of the people in the United States read below the 6th-grade level, and one-fifth read below the third-grade level."
I was browsing a book store a few weeks ago, and a few college kids on vacation walked in. One of the girls asked one of the guys what the best book he's read recently was and he said "nah, I don't fuck with books."
Making them in their native language should be the norm to begin with. I am tired of chuds crying about every little thing and it never makes any sense. It is beyond pathetic and very embarrassing.

Wasn't there a Netflix drama that was produce mostly by an American company but 2/3 of the dialogue was Japanese? I don't recall these people complaining about that one.
My complaint about that one is that the third of it that was in English should actually have been in Portuguese.

Wow, a boring 
shouts angrily to the clouds because a film they will never watch was produced in a different language and they would need to use subtitles. The pride these cultureless 
have is astonishing. Who doesn't enjoy watching subbed video content or foreign films?
I recently watched La sociedad de la nieve (Society of the Snow) at a friends' house with his roommates and some mutual friends. Most of the group kept complaining about the subtitles (I remember one roommate saying, "I want to watch the movie, not read.") until my friend begrudgingly switched the audio to dubbed English about half hour in.
It's like casual racism and aversion to reading go hand-in-hand.
When it tanks, they'll call you racist.

Somehow, I doubt that this guy would read a book, or has ever read a book tbh.
Every time I see one of these posts I'm just like how are people this foolish. Incidentally they seem to often have a blue check.
Maybe I'll write a series of short stories about finding people who post garbage on the Internet and murdering them. Not like this whiner would know.
