The Left’s hypocrisy truly has no end – for years they have come after ‘South Park’ for what they labeled as ‘offense’ content, but suddenly they are praising the show. Just like the creators of ‘South Park,’ the Left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows.

This show hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention. President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country’s history – and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump’s hot streak.

hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas

honestly true. south park has occasional funny moments but damn has it fallen from its peak. even this recent trump episode kinda sucked. their portrayal of trump wasn't even funny because it wasn't grounded in reality at all. they just did saddam again and even went as far as to make him canadian for some reason. why tf is trump saying "aboot"? what's the joke there?

South Park has never been good so I really don’t understand your criticism here just because they made fun of Trump

It managed to be funny from time to time, generally when the episode is just silly and they aren't trying to get some point of view across.

and they aren't trying to get some point of view across.

So we’re offended by them making fun of him?

[–] GalaxyBrain@hexbear.net 4 points 8 months ago (1 children)

No, I just think they're not funny when they are remotely political but have had some good episodes way back when i watched it that were good cause they were just dumb silly stuff

[–] Lussy@hexbear.net 2 points 8 months ago

That’s fair

[–] godlessworm@hexbear.net 3 points 8 months ago (2 children)

just because they made fun of trump

what?

also, south park has definitely had some heights. just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people can't or don't. it's one of the most popular shows ever for a reason lol

[–] Lussy@hexbear.net 2 points 8 months ago

I just saw it. If you like south Park’s ‘best regarded’ work I see no reason why you’d hate this

Lots of popular shows are dogshit, especially political ones that pander to stupid chauvinists.

[–] moss_icon@hexbear.net 12 points 8 months ago

It was just 20 minutes of them saying Trump has a small dick and a few jokes about how the media sucks up to him. Nothing new or cutting edge at all.

[–] NephewAlphaBravo@hexbear.net 7 points 8 months ago* (last edited 8 months ago)

making him canadian is actually the funniest thing I've heard about this, that unironically rocks

you can't make a sock puppet make fun of what you agree with.

[–] Dessa@hexbear.net 6 points 8 months ago

I haven't watched it, but knowing South Park, they probably animated Trump the same way they do Canadians, with the head cut at the jaw and the whole top half of the head moving when they speak.

If they do that in South Park, they're Canadian. I don't know why.

I think their Saddam also said "about" because he's a silly clown.

Make sure they write on the headstone that I'm not mad.

It'll be really funny if Trump actually shuts down that Paramount merger they've been trying to do just because of small dick jokes from South Park.

I feel like the White House loves having this absolutely meaningless bullshit to talk about instead of the Epstein thing or the BBB or the economy

[–] NuraShiny@hexbear.net 15 points 8 months ago (1 children)

You know a show is irrelevant when the President of the USA is talking about it. Geniuses.

Like, South Park sucks, but they know how to get in the spotlight.

[–] ComRed2@hexbear.net 14 points 8 months ago

Ah yes, so irrelevant, for so long, that the freakin' white house had to make a statement about it.

Having said that, fuck south park though.

TIL The White House is one of those "South Park was only good for the first three seasons and should've ended with the movie" fans.

[–] grandepequeno@hexbear.net 2 points 8 months ago

He does have somewhat of a point, I assume there are always new south park seasons coming out but they don't really blow up the internet anymore
