I'm not right or left. We just need to move forward together

Average far-right fascist.

[–] RedWizard@hexbear.net 6 points 8 hours ago

Andrew Yang? Is that you?

[–] nothx@hexbear.net 13 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

I’m choosing to believe that he couldn’t get the handle he wanted on the site he owns, so they added an “X” at the end like it’s an AIM screen name from 2003.

I already know this user has some really emo lyrics in their away message.

[–] ZeroHora@lemmy.ml 5 points 9 hours ago

Not right, not left hmmm so far-right?

[–] shath@hexbear.net 16 points 12 hours ago (1 children)

[–] LoveWitch@hexbear.net 9 points 12 hours ago

[–] AOCapitulator@hexbear.net 13 points 13 hours ago

cybertruck owners

[–] AOCapitulator@hexbear.net 7 points 13 hours ago

Ai generated eagle? lmao?

[–] Lyudmila@hexbear.net 97 points 1 day ago (4 children)

Not left. Not right. Some sort of third, other position.

[–] Rod_Blagojevic@hexbear.net 65 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Not left, not right, but right. I am a very serious person. Never in my life have I critically examined the implications of private capital.

[–] Lyudmila@hexbear.net 78 points 1 day ago (3 children)

Fascists love to invent a new third type of thing that's just right wing politics again. They do it every 20 years or so.

[–] Belly_Beanis@hexbear.net 45 points 23 hours ago

Even the nazis branded themselves as third position lol

[–] Damarcusart@hexbear.net 34 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

Because they need to, their position is utterly incapable of delivering anything they promise. Right wing policy can only make things worse for everyone who isn't already ultra wealthy, so they need to keep rebranding the exact same "more tax cuts for the rich and fewer labour and environmental laws" thing because if they don't, even the CHUDs would eventually catch on that the people promising them to "fix" things are only making things worse.

[–] Lyudmila@hexbear.net 20 points 22 hours ago (2 children)

Yeah, it's absolutely a method of political theatre.

20 years? Let's be honest they do this at every opportunity they can and pretend they're just a poor innocent left liberal that was forced to join rightists because "the left are too annoying these days"

He is an incredibly stupid person, and it’s truly insane how he’s managed to fail this far upward. I mean, even looking back at the history of PayPal, you can see these exact patterns repeating themselves (i.e. sees an opportunity to capitalize on a potential market, fails to capitalize on said market but still gets credit for putting his name on it).

Yet, your average Joe still believes he builds rockets, cars, and is in the lab creating brain computer interfaces.

God, I truly despise living in the west

Ulysses must be incredibly unwell or dead at this point

[–] aanes_appreciator@hexbear.net 5 points 10 hours ago

His entire schtick is weaselling himself into a position of power and capital, use the capital to leverage new positions while using the power in an attempt to ratfuck everything not in his personal ayn rand techno-fantasy.

Eventually the other people around him push him out, but by then he has taken all the credit, a fat stack of stock positions and, as I said before, leveraged all of that to find another unwilling host.

He is the ultimate parasitical manifestation of Neoliberalism.

Ulysses must be incredibly unwell or dead at this point

UlyssesT stopped posting because UlyssesT has a kid to raise which is a lot of work

[–] anarchoilluminati@hexbear.net 12 points 13 hours ago

I think they meant because Ulysses hasn't gone on any adventures lately.

[–] blinfabian@feddit.nl 3 points 13 hours ago* (last edited 13 hours ago) (1 children)

that seems like a great idea for once!

looks at who made this party

okay maybe not

[–] SockOlm@hexbear.net 14 points 12 hours ago (1 children)

Those who claim to be neither left or right are highly likely to be fascists trying to pass it off as a 3rd position

[–] Le_Wokisme@hexbear.net 3 points 8 hours ago

look i'm a centrist i think MLs and anarchists both make some good points.

[–] OldSoulHippie@hexbear.net 55 points 23 hours ago* (last edited 23 hours ago) (1 children)

Couldn't come up with an original idea if there was a gun to xæ1488's head.

Surprised it wasn't just the X party

[–] DengistDonnieDarko@hexbear.net 39 points 23 hours ago (2 children)

close enough, welcome back Andrew Yang

[–] aanes_appreciator@hexbear.net 3 points 10 hours ago

Wasnt Yang angling for some kind of deal with musk for a new party (or a spot on his old shitty one?)

[–] TraschcanOfIdeology@hexbear.net 5 points 13 hours ago

I can't believe they stole Andrew Yang's silly-ass slogan

[–] john_brown@hexbear.net 31 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

Less than a month ago he told investors he was getting out of politics

[–] Cimbazarov@hexbear.net 18 points 22 hours ago

He missed the sensation of cutting funding for life saving programs and wants back in billionaire-tears

[–] SexUnderSocialism@hexbear.net 39 points 23 hours ago (1 children)

Remember when he said his new party will have "centrist" positions on social issues? i-cant

[–] Robert_Kennedy_Jr@hexbear.net 25 points 22 hours ago

my-hero As I have my finger on the pulse of the common man, my own positions closely align with those of the majority of Americans.

[–] la_tasalana_intissari_mata@hexbear.net 35 points 23 hours ago (1 children)

why did he choose the weird jump image

[–] LangleyDominos@hexbear.net 21 points 22 hours ago

He thinks people were laughing with him on that one.

[–] volcel_olive_oil@hexbear.net 43 points 1 day ago (3 children)

so-true DUDE THAT'S SO TRUE POLITICAL STANCES ARE JUST LIKE MATHEMATICAL VECTORS

I'M FORMING THE UP PARTY

[–] SootySootySoot@hexbear.net 2 points 13 hours ago* (last edited 13 hours ago)

Up and forward are the real extremists. I'm starting the "Diagonal between up and forward" party, for the true centrism people want.

[–] BodyBySisyphus@hexbear.net 21 points 23 hours ago

We're replacing the political compass with an n-dimensional hypercube with axes for preferred ice cream flavors, interior decorating preferences, which direction you prefer to part your hair, your preferred DnD 5e class, the temperature you keep your bathwater, and whether you think the top keeps spinning in Inception.

Andrew Yang come get your payday from suing this dork.

[–] Rom@hexbear.net 37 points 23 hours ago

It isn't right

doubt

[–] HuntressHimbo@lemmy.zip 25 points 1 day ago (1 children)

He has how many billions of dollars and he couldn't be bothered to hire someone to design something that wasn't just the trump flag

[–] i_drink_bleach@hexbear.net 26 points 23 hours ago (4 children)

LOL. He fired his whole PR team over a decade ago because he bought into their bullshit.

"Yeah! I am a genius! So why do I need you clowns?!"

It's all been downhill since then. He probably crapped that out on a pirated copy of photoshop CS3 and gave himself a pat on the back.

Love the gigantic swooping eagle with unrelated lighting and nonsense perspective just superimposed on the image for no apparent reason. XD

If I was being accused of being a globalist neocon by the MAGA people that I'm trying to grift, I wouldn't say I'm doing a "reset" because they'll just take that to mean great reset.
