This guy seems to not be a failed assassin, just an idiot. A sovereign citizen who loves Trump. The sheriff in Riverside was just early to declare it as an assassination attempt but they released the guy on 5000$ bail and he's posting videos explaining he just loves Trump and has guns in the car.

that's pretty sus though. the avg american has zero passports. it's probably another low effort attempt by the CIA.
