I was informed by a Polish friend that strawberries with macaroni is a dessert there, my thoughts were negative after I received that info
Pierogi are delicious
That is all
They put ketchup on pizza
It is the cheapest way to make the entire country of Italy furious so I gotta defend it
Golabki is pretty good, although I'm not sure if it's exclusively Polish
Russian/Ukrainian/Belorussian cuisine has "голубцы", that are very similar. Even the name is probably a cognate.
like 'light blue'? Shit's green
What am I even looking at here? Looks like it came out of an aquarium filter
i, uh, uuuuhhhhhh, ye-yeah looks delicious!
I don't like ethnic food.
I’ve never had any so I have no thoughts on this subject.
yim yum
this is in czechia too
I have to reluctantly say that it's good
Pierogis are tasty. Every culture that eats empanadas are my sibling.
Potato pancakes with mushroom sauce. Mmmmm
Pierogies, that alone puts wm in a prime spot. I'm not really up on the regional specifics of what I generally lump in as northeastern Europe food, which a lot of it slaps. Beets rule.
That's not food, that's a clogged sewer line. Get that nasty stuff out of my sight!
zupa pomidorowa is soooooooo good.
So much ignorance in this thread smdh
Every time I have wanted to eat at a Polish restaurant they have had literally zero vegan options so I have no thoughts.
Frizen supermarket pierogis are good if you treat them right and accompany them with curry powder, vegan sour cream/yogurt, and rye. But I am not sure how authentic they are.
Their vodkas mid. It's better than Baltic horsecock polisher pisswater but more yuk than frog duckshit pondwater.
kopytka and pierogi is nice though when slathered in butter and salt.
There’s a Polish place in NYC that managed to make me enjoy cabbage so I’d say the food’s pretty good. I also liked Madame Anastasia from season 2 of The Unsleeping City, but I don’t know how faithful a representation of Polish culture she is.
I think it would be a good idea.
Idk what that is but it looks like it would go well with a crusty piece of bread
In my experience most people are very fussy eaters. I'm sure this is delicious.
