Any keyboard with an inbuilt emoji list should have it. In this particular case I used OpenBoard.

Hey, I just started using the Internet guys, what's good? I've heard there's millions of cool sites you can check out, but most of them are just, like, junk? It's weird, they're pages that just have links to other sites, which themselves are full of links to other sites. Where's all the user content?
