There's a lot more continental European and scots/irish descendants than English descendants here nowadays, and that's not even touching the question of hairsplitting over skull-calipering science of what % of Anglo would make you qualified.

'Scottish/Scots-Irish' Americans as well, maybe 'Irish' and 'Welsh' Americans...

Edit: nope, I guess the rule applies for Anglos and Scots only... they're the majority eh... maybe other nordic-adjacent Western Europeans instead?

Settler colonialism... tho it was quite late in the 1800s and they were mostly urban...

I've now changed my stance; Irish and Welsh settlers are fine
