They've been shielded from even critical support of China and other AES for so long they literally, not figuratively, literally cannot process that people exist that have beliefs that aren't Reddit Approved. They immediately assume it's bots or wumao. Human beings can't possibly hold these beliefs, so they must be Oriental hordes or actual robots.

honestly, a combat liberalism bot that responds to comments with "lib", "liberalism" or the lib emoji with a randomly selected description of one of the types of liberalism and maybe one of the mao emojis could be so simple and elegant.

I'm the amber bot dev. The API change broke it and I just didn't have enough free time to fix it. Gonna try to get it back up this weekend

There’s a bot flag option in settings that might be fun to turn on for this account to go with the bit. It adds an extra icon indication by the name.
