My cats would love this. Me less so.
any genius who had the idea to cut a hole in the door would also be a genius to attach the cutout to the frame, Especially cuz it would be such a fun little thing to bang your shin on every time you walk in there.
It's attached on the inside of the door on a hinge, as a door-within-a-door.
