North Korea funds its nuclear missile program with stolen cryptocurrency
Some people had sight restored with retinal implants which no longer work because the manufacturer no longer supports them
Cox Media is listening to conversations through smart devices to sell targeted ads
Neuralink killed a bunch of test animals but still got approval for human trials
The WGA was recently on strike for, among other reasons, keeping AI from stealing their jobs
It's not exactly Neuromancer yet, but the news sounds more cyberpunk dystopia every day.
Yeah, where's my micro-CDs? Where's my cyberdeck? Where's my cool robotic arm?
We didn't say it would be a cool or fun dystopia.
You have to make it yourself if you're not rich.
