Captain America: Brave New World is coming out in 2024 (next year), and the MCU is introducing the character, Sabra. In case you didn't click the link, Sabra is an Israeli superhero that basically wears the Israel flag as her costume.

This conflict could delay the movie since marvel likes calling their Captain America movies "political thrillers". I am so mad why would Hamas do this. Now, Marvel has to restructure their film so that it's not outdated. Sadly, the budget is going to go through the roof now since they have to add like an hour-and-a-half of CGI of Captain Israel going 9/11 on buildings and hospitals in Gaza.

I just want the fighting to end so we can go back to how things were before, capekino paradise.

She's a mutant so don't be surprised they make her an important part initially for the MCU's X-Men.

I can see exactly how they could do it and I hate it.

No no no no no no no no. Keep that genocidal ghoul out of the X-Men. If they have Magneto 'finding solidarity' with her somehow, I'm throwing out my Brotherhood of Mutants stuff and finally writing off the LAST of what I can tolerate out of Marvel, no cap. I'm not gon bullshit, that's the kind of soft-ass lib shit Xavier would go for.

Magneto 'finding solidarity' with her

Oh no you motherfucker, you’ve made me think of this timeline ohhhh I hate it. You’d better not have lathe’d this into reality…

real talk where did the 'lathe' meme come from bc my generation refers to that as 'manifesting' something into existence do we like-- have existential lathes to shape the flow of existence or some shit now, so we're not on some pagan 'as i will it' type shit anymore?

It's a reference to an Ursula Le Guin story "the lathe of heaven" where a man gains the ability to change reality via his dreams.

Lmao we both immediately thought of Magneto, that's how we know it's going to happen

I went to Magneto because I've always been a Magneto stan; he always felt the more serious about his movement between Magno and Xavier-- and Xavier has always been prone to soft-hearted fuckery that comes back to bite the mutants in the ass. I expect Xavier to get it wrong at first blush; but what I won't abide is Magneto getting it wrong-- because he should be everything that stands against the mockery that Zionism makes of his struggle and history.

I'm sure it'll start with Magneto monologuing about how great she is
