If we are making wishes I'll have a global, absolute nuclear weapons disarm. A lot of people I guess don't know this, but Latin America as a whole have acted in the past as a block upon urgent matters like the Cuban missile crisis. Not every nation is deadbrain to build nuclear weapons.
That's nice, but the USA will never disarm itself from its nuclear weapons. Next idea?
