I don't know why the takeaway isn't that his brain is cooked. Fetterman can barely speak coherently and is actually worse than Biden on that front.

I have a stutter! I know what it's like to stutter! People have been making fun of me since childhood for having a stutter!

But noooo, let the senile oldremoved have his way because it would be rude to demand accountability...
