Today we celebrate the anniversary of the death by neck spasm of youtuber Charlie Kirk, he was an annoying podcaster who spread his reactionary and haterful ideology everywhere he went and just like like any other hateful person who dies no one cared he kirk the bullet (even his own wife decided to monetice his funeral ever since) and even his friends forgot about him or fought over his viewerbase, now days he lives on as permanent stain on the datacenter of every ai model since people made so many memes of him that now ai by default adds him to pictures

My eczema got infected, despite every interaction ive had with any doctor over my eczema being negative I caved and called telehealth, I put my allergies, the doctor ignores them and prescribes me 2 medications im allergic to, I jump through a million hoops to get different prescriptions and specially ask for the antibiotic to be topical because its only infecting my skin and I have food allergies that make it impossible to take pills that arent compounded, the prescriptions are sent so late I couldnt pick them up yesterday after I took the day off because it was so bad so i took today off too, the one that would actually help is out of stock and had to be ordered, the antibiotic is a pill im allergic to and costs $38
Why is trust in the healthcare system so low?
Anyway, my at home treatment of bleach and vinegar baths plus hibiclens or however you spell it is starting to work so all of this was to reinforce why I hate the healthcare system. Guess I'll be using more PTO
And it being in pill form is somewhat my fault because I didnt give my full list of allergies because it's so long and I thought hed give me a topical antibiotic since it's localized.
I did explicitly say I wanted a topic antibiotic and he ignored me saying that and also ignored the allergies I did list so I dont think it would've made a difference anyway
definitely wasn't your fault since it sounds like you were very clear in what you needed. just wtf though i feel like allergies are one of the least taken seriously things, really sorry to hear the doctors you've seen have been so unhelpful with this (literally making things more difficult for you) >:(
If you have multiple rare allergies doctors lose the ability to read and treat you trying to get a medication you can actually take as if youre trying to piss them off :(

God that sounds awful. My eczemas never gotten infected thankfully but a few years ago I had the displeasure of it appearing on my eyelids and that was not a fun experience
The infection itself is so painful and when it starts to heal a little it gets so dry I cant fully bend my fingers without the skin splitting, which could get the infection into my blood
Face eczema is particularly bad because you shouldnt use steroids there and if it does get infected you cant use most of the go to disinfectants but thankfully I havent had that in a while
