I mean if it's on a statue of the Buddha I feel it's meaning on context is kinda implicitly non-fascist

Yes, but technically, buddhist can be fascists. Or slavers like the Dalai Lama.

That's true but in the way it seemed to be used on the statue wouldn't leave me to believe is represented fascism.
