The dispenser mixes the syrup with the carbonated water to turn the syrup (a sticky goo) into soda.
Yes, but you can do that manually instead of spending 2k to automate it
The syrup comes in a big bag, which makes it hard to get out. The nozzle that it come out links into the feeding tube to mix with the seltzer makes it hard to reseal to prevent spills. Also, you gotta get the portions right for the mixing of the syrip to co2 to water. Not something to be done without the mechanical tool.
Also, 2k is basically what I spend on coke in like 3 years. So, it'd pay for itself pretty quickly.
