I challenge him to a debate at 3pm, no shade, first one to pass out loses. Ill even take my meds that make me susceptible to heat.

If he wants to do it in the evening he should give his speech immediately after the firework show. Y'know really capitalize on that crowd while they're pumped up think-about-it
