I'm personally pro turning the White House into a giant bar and entertainment center, with like a go kart track and laser tag and a in house brew pub that served overpriced IPAs and nachos.
I'd prefer it being turned into a crater but this sounds fine too I guess.
It's a pretty enough building, no need for it to go to waste. The Bolsheviks turned the Winter Palace into a museum.
