My career orientation coach took one look at my personal profile and said
Your personal profile for careers probably should be on the more positive end, not saying toxic positive or whatever. But it I were to have a profile, Id zhuszh up my profile to be like 10% more positive than I am day to day lol
And maybe you should pick up some hobbies, regardless of if someone else said you should have a personality beyond studies (bit harsh of them to say it like that). I like dancing and partner dancing, and I randomly picked up violin a couple years ago apropos nothing besides wanting to. You can always pick randomly, might help you sleep better if your life had more structure besides study and (seems to mostly be skipping) sleep
Whenever I try hobbies they just feel like work so I end up dropping them. Might as well use that energy into something productive.
I was having a bit of fun in dance classes before I got rejected in a dysphoria inducing way so I don't think I'll be going back soon.
